Concert Memories, pt. 1

This is one of my favourite ever concert moments. A bunch of years ago we saw Neil Young on his Blue Notes big band tour. About mid way through his set Neil was looking down at the stage while he tuned his guitar. At that very moment someone in the crowd tossed a Frisbee towards the stage, and in that beautiful slow motion that occurs just prior to a disaster the Frisbee arced and sailed straight into Neil's forehead. A great hush settled over the crowd as everyone sensed that this would bring the show to a premature finish. However, without missing a beat, Neil calmly looked up and remarked with a smile "Hey, I just remembered 20 more songs". This still makes me laugh.
